Let's dig out the first scenario:

MINE WEB PRESENCE (yours, of course, not mine :-) )  (personal or business) - It's not a invention of hot water, isn't it? And, it's not my intention at all. But, we need do some steps and not to spend a lot of money of it, isn't it?

Your Steps:

1. You have to know what you want.
2. You have to know how much money you are prepared to spend.
3. You have to know who is capable to do all IT (or it) for yours money with theirs knowledge.

My Steps:

1. Help to find out what you want.
2. Tell you is it enough money for what you want.
3. If answer would be NOT, I'll consult you where have to shrink your expectation or where have to expand your budget.
4. If answer would be YES, I'll consult you where have to expand your expectation or where have to shrink your budget.
5. Explain to you how I can do what is necessary to make you happy (by myself and with my team).
6. Explain to you that hire IT freelancers is not a risk, opposite of it it's advantage. And, we are not expensive solution makers.
